Product Warranty
At RiverVera, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products come with a 30-Day Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund.
2. Warranty Period
- All products: 30-Day Warranty from the purchase date.
3. Replacement, Repair & Refund Policy
If the consumer is entitled to a replacement product, we will provide a product that is identical or of similar value. If this is not available, we may offer a refund or repair the product within a reasonable time.
Warranty coverage applies to replacement products in the same way as the original item.
4. Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.).
- Loss or theft of the product.
5. How to Claim Warranty
- Contact our Customer Support at contact@riververa.com during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding holidays, Mountain Standard Time - MST or Mountain Daylight Time - MDT during daylight savings) with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide images/videos of the defective product for assessment.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
